Serves 4

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 peaches
  • 100g strawberries
  • 120g Prosciutto di Parma
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Directions

Clean all the fruit and slice it.
Prepare a blended mixture with salt, oil, pepper and lemon juice.
Dress the fruit, then finish with Prosciutto di Parma and grated lemon zest.
