4. PROCESSED DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. In this regard, it should be noted that registration in these areas, as well as the use of the contact section and the sending of e-mails, presupposes the reading, knowledge and acceptance of what is set out in this information notice, as well as in the conditions of use of this site (link), and implies express consent to the processing of data. It will therefore be the user’s responsibility to read the above before proceeding to provide data.
The processing carried out on personal data may include the following activities: collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, communication, deletion and destruction (the list of these activities is reproduced for purely illustrative purposes). The user guarantees that he or she belongs to the categories authorised to access the relevant sections at the time of provision, as well as the authenticity and up-to-dateness of the data provided. In this sense, he/she undertakes to keep the data up-to-date. The Consortium reserves the right not to accept the registration request, particularly in the event that the applicant does not belong to the categories authorised to access the relevant areas.
We reiterate that the voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated in the Contacts section of this site, or the filling in of the contact form itself, presupposes the complete and full knowledge and acceptance of the provisions set forth in this Information Notice and implies consent to the acquisition and processing of the data provided in such communications in the manner and for the purposes described above. Consent to processing will be given through a specific form.
