  • Red and yellow roasted peppers
  • Sun-blush tomatoes
  • Black and green olives
  • Sliced fresh tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkled with torn basil leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Gorgonzola
  • Mozzarella
  • Ciabatta bread or rolls
  • Focaccia – flavoured with sun-dried tomatoes, olives or rosemary
  • Grissini (Italian bread sticks)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh figs
  • Mango
  • Melon
  • Papaya
  • Strawberries

For fantastic help-yourself food, you can’t do better that serve a platter of Parma Ham with delicious delicatessen foods and fruits. It’s the ideal no-fuss choice for a casual get-together with friends or family.

Take your pick from the following list of suggestions, and aim to serve around 6-8 choices, along with a couple of loaves of fresh bread or rolls, crispbread and grissini (Italian bread sticks).
