- 2 ripe pears, each cut into 6 segments

- 2 tbsp stem ginger syrup
- Finely grated zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vodka
- Salt and black pepper
