- 4 generous handfuls mixed salad leaves
- 100g mixed sprouting seeds
- ½ small orange-fleshed melon, peeled, deseeded and chopped
- 150g Gorgonzola cheese
- 50g mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin and poppy)
- 50g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 8 slices Parma Ham
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp hazelnut or walnut oil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
