Directions
Butter one side of the 8 slices of bread. On the non-buttered side of 4 slices of bread arrange the Taleggio cheese cut in slices, sprinkle with pepper, then top with the slices of Prosciutto di Parma. Top with the other 4 slices of bread with the buttered side up.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan, put the sandwiches in it, cover with a lid and leave until the bottom side is nice and golden, then flip the sandwiches and do the same on the other side.
Serve immediately.
