- 10 slices of bread for Bruschetta
- 5 firm figs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100g Parma Ham
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Crush the garlic and put it in a cup with oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Leave to rest for a couple of hours. Cut the figs in half and grill them once on each side.
Brush the toasted bread with the aromatic oil, then top each slice with half fig and a slice of Parma Ham.
