Serves 2

10 asparagus spears
20g butter
4 slices Parma Ham

Directions

Blanch the asparagus spears in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then briefly plunge into ice cold water.

Plate the asparagus spears and top with a knob of butter.

Serve with delicious slices of Parma Ham.

One of my go-to recipes is crispy prosciutto-wrapped sea bass. I use either Prosciutto Di Parma or Prosciutto Di San Daniele because the exceptional quality. Here, the prosciutto keeps the fish super moist and the delicate flavour works well with fish. Naturally cured for centuries, these prosciuttos are a must try. .
