Recipes | Parma Ham with Asparagus

Serves 2

  • 10 asparagus spears
  • 20g butter
  • 4 slices Parma Ham


Blanch the asparagus spears in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then briefly plunge into ice cold water.

Plate the asparagus spears and top with a knob of butter.

Serve with delicious slices of Parma Ham.
