Since 2016, the Prosciutto di Parma Specialist program aims at identifying and enhancing the independent outlets around the world which thoroughly succeed in conveying the tradition, versatility and recognized nutritional heritage of Parma Ham. In other words, its values.

Building on the extraordinary results achieved abroad-where being recognised as a Specialist represents a consolidated attribute of excellence for the most passionate retailers-since the beginning of 2022 the initiative has also landed in Italy, registering to date nearly 2,000 Specialists, scattered throughout the country.

These special places, where Prosciutto di Parma becomes so important are  now presented in a dedicated website, where it is possible to consult all the points of sale in Italy and around the world, and discover, month after month, who are the people who support the uniqueness of the product with passion and knowledge.
