French bread with tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese and Prosciutto di Parma

Serves 4

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 100g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 spoon of pitted olives
  • 2 small San Marzano tomatoes
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • Prosciutto di Parma as needed


With diagonal cuts, divide the French loaf into four parts.
Remove the crumb inside.
In a bowl, mix diced mozzarella and tomatoes, olives cut in pieces and Prosciutto di Parma in strips, then dress with olive oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Stuff the bread pieces with this mixture and serve.
