The Parma Ham Consortium is renewing its presence at the Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place in New York from June 28 to 30 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. As a key reference event for the food and beverage industry in the United States, the show represents a strategic platform for the international promotion of Parma Ham PDO. This year once again, the Consortium will be present with an institutional stand available to member companies, with the aim of showcasing the product and engaging with importers, distributors, buyers, and institutional representatives.
