- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- 1tsp orange zest
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3 figs, quartered
- 3 kumquats, halved
- 120g smoked mozzarella, torn into bite size pieces
- 6-7 slices Parma Ham
Parma Ham, smoked mozzarella and honeyed fig sticks
Makes 12-14 cocktail canapés
Directions
Mix together the honey, vinegar and orange zest with a little black pepper
Make up a selection of cocktail canapés with figs and/or kumquats, a chunk of smoked mozzarella and half a slice of Parma Ham, held together using a cocktail stick
Serve to guests along with the honey-orange balsamic sauce for dipping
