New Recipes for Parma Ham

The Parma Ham Consortium has recently developed the following six new recipes. Keep a look out in our recipe section as they will be appearing online over the next few weeks.

* Parma-Maple pancakes
* Parma peach Melba salad
* Courgette and Parma super-food salad
* Parma-wrapped pork with spiced poached plums
* Camembert fondue with Parma-wrapped Grissini dippers
* Parma Ham and Caramelised Red Onion Valentines Day Tart
