English born Katie Caldesi, is the principal of the Cookery School, La Cucina Caldesi, in London. Last year, with her Italian husband and family, Katie was a guest of the Parma Ham consortium as she researched material for her latest book. After three years’ work, Katie has now completed, ‘The Italian Cookery Course’. From her years of experience and travelling throughout Italy, Katie has written a clear and easy to follow bible of Italian cookery. It’s packed with over 400 recipes and 40 step by step master classes. There will be a major launch on Monday 2nd November at the Italian Cultural Institute in London where Parma Ham will be showcased.
