Rosemary Shrager, who runs her own cookery school at Swinton Park, and has recently mentored the North East Taste the Nation team, has incorporated Parma Ham into a new campaign with Philadelphia cheese. “Rosemary’s Philadelphia Chicken & Parma Ham” uses only three complementary ingredients to create a simple yet deeply satisfying dish.
