Parma Ham Recipe Book

The new Parma Ham recipe book has proved very popular in the UK. Since the book was printed in April 2009, it has been sent out to 500 food writers in the UK. Through consumer offers, a total of over 500 requests for the book have been received to date.

The photography for the recipes was shot by Steve Lee, one of the leading UK Food photographers.

A further offer for the book has been negotiated with Delia Online, and this offer is scheduled to be sent to 100,000 Delia Online subscribers through the 24th November 2009 newsletter.
