The Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma shall be exhibiting At Fancy Food Show New York from June 27 to June 29 2004, together with Franche Comtè cheese from France and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese from Parma.

The three PDO ( protected designation of origin) products have been collaborating in the past two years in a joint communication and promotion programme in the U.S.

This project is cofinanced and supervised bt the European Union and its main goals are top inform the American trade and consumer on Euroepan quality products and the geographical indication system.
