'3 European Originals' at the Winter Fancy Food Show

The `3 European Originals` - Comté Cheese®, Parmigiano-Reggiano®, and Prosciutto di Parma®, with the support of the European Union - have teamed up to showcase their extraordinary products at the 28th Winter Fancy Food Show, January 19-23, 2003, at San Francisco's Mascone Convention Center. The annual show is sponsored by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade and attracts as many as 32,000 visitors, providing producers a rare opportunity to meet gourmet retailers face-to-face and to offer them information about their products. An impressive 87% of those who attend the show are buyers or authorize purchases, an important target for the `3 European Originals` promotion program. Visitors to the booth will be offered samples of the products, as well as brochures that detail the traditional processes and fine raw ingredients that result in the extraordinary quality of Comté Cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Prosciutto Di Parma.
